The apartment had a superb location in central Paihia, just a short walk away from the main wharf, beaches, cafes, restaurants. It felt like everything was at my doorstep, making it extremely convenient to explore the area. The fully equipped kitchen in the air-conditioned apartment was a game-changer! I felt like a professional chef, whipping up delicious meals with ease. It had everything I needed, from a coffee machine for my morning pick-me-up to a fridge to keep my snacks cool on those hot summer days.
Concrete stairs can be challenging for elderly guests or in case of emergencies.

The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the beach, town, and Selwyn Mall. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and crisp sheets. We appreciated the air conditioning and ceiling fans, especially with the warm weather. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed, including a big refrigerator and a coffee machine. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony, where we could see the cruise ships coming and going. The hosts were pleasant and cute, making us feel right at home. We also loved that we could bring our fur baby with us. It was a wonderful stay that was so great.
it would have been helpful to know in advance about the concrete stairs, as it could be difficult for elderly guests in case of an emergency.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the apartment, which was conveniently located near local amenities, the playground, and the beach. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the ample supply of blankets and towels. The communication with Tina was excellent, and the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with a great balcony and BBQ area. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I absolutely loved staying at Paihia Apartments! The location was perfect for my outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling. The accommodations were cozy with separate sitting areas, and the added comfort of a heat-pump air-conditioner was delightful. Safety first with a first aid kit!
Oh, by the way, who needs a convection oven when you have a small 2 plate cooktop? Genius.

What a fantastic stay! the bed was super comfy, and the sheets were clean and crisp. We loved having both air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep us cool in the warm weather. the room had everything we needed, including board games and reading material, and the spacious kitchen was well-equipped. We were thrilled to have a balcony where we could watch the cruise ships come and go. the location was perfect, just a hop and a skip away from the main street and a 2-minute walk to the beach. And the best part? They allowed our furry friend to join us for the weekend. A++!
The lack of space for the fans in the bedroom, especially during the hot nights. It would have been great to have air conditioning to keep the room cool.
